Ju Jutsu that we teach has an effect in self defense since the first lessons.
It is used to train Special Forces and police.
Within the club the participants study JU JUTSU CLASSIC, AIKIJU JUTSU, ART OF HAKUDA, SELF DEFENSE, TRADITIONAL ARMS, ZEN RELATIONS, WOMEN SELF DEFENSE.
It's easy to learn, in a friendly atmosphere, it's for all ages (girls and boys).
Dress up sports equipment, do not forget the sense of humor and you are welcome to workout.
