Moara Gliga is a Romanian company, founded as a family business in 1940, with over 75 years of tradition and history, which produces cereal flour, traditional Romanian bakery products and pastry.

We are leaders on the local milling, bakery and pastry market with more than 10 product ranges and a variety of over 100 specialties obtained from high quality ingredients, processed with cutting-edge technology in line with European standards and under rigorous internal surveillance of product quality.
